Brian brings to Kaizen his 30 years of experience in managing sales and national distribution businesses.  For the past decade, he ran his own successful company, and is particularly proud of the team he built up there.  He says:  "It was much like being a family... now being part of the Kaizen family - I again feel like I've come home".  Brian is a mechanical engineer by training, and he admits to still enjoying getting his hands dirty - taking things apart to see how they might work better.  Isn't that a metaphor for something? 

Brian is a keen amateur photographer and is passionate about cooking (and eating!) real food.  He helps to run the operational and financial side of Kaizen Training.
