Passionate about finding the differences that make a difference, Justin's enthusiasm takes you with him as he helps you to explore new ideas and areas. After many years of running his own company, working mainly in the public sector, he now brings his unique mixture of skills and experience to the Kaizen team.

Justin delights in finding effective and creative ways to use technology to support clear communication. He is currently leading our latest workshop "Presentation Magic" designed to help communicators use technology in a brain-friendly way to really enhance learning.

Alongside that he has a deep understanding of how different people process and perceive information and is able to adapt his style for any situation or group - as well as teach others how to do the same.

Justin has worked throughout the UK and Europe and across the MIddle and Far East.
